seeking customers and a vehicle for
customers to give a score for a particular
Trader’s work and is operated
by WSC Services Limited (Company No.
5730001 of 10 Roman Villas, Shepton
Mallet, Somerset, BA4 4TU.) (“WSC”) |

Customers
for Traders use the site free of charge
but shall use it only as intended
and particularly not for other business
purposes. |
| 3. |
In
general, information on the site originates
from others. Though Traders2Trust
and WSC will try to ensure that information
on the site is up to date and accurate,
they shall not be liable for inaccuracies
or misrepresentation in the data on
the site. |
| 4. |
An
advertisement by a Trader on the site
is not a recommendation by Traders2Trust
nor an endorsement or warranty of
the Trader’s ability. Customers
should be provided with a Feedback
Form by the Trader to give them the
opportunity of giving a score and
simple comment about the standard
of the Trader’s work when it
is finished. WSC shall in its sole
discretion be entitled to publish
all or part of the comments and score
on the site. |

Though
reserving the right to prevent the
posting of comments by customers and
to edit or alter comments, Traders2Trust
shall not be responsible for the content
of the comments, which shall be the
responsibility entirely of the customer
concerned, contracting with a Trader
advertised on the site or by returning
a Feedback form the customer indemnifies
Traders2Trust and WSC against all
liability
for those comments. |

Customers
shall give their names and addresses
when submitting Feedback and
comments. |
| 7. |
The
Trader and customer shall agree terms
between themselves for the conduct
of the Trader’s work, which
shall not be the responsibility of
Traders2Trust. Traders and Customers
must make arrangements between themselves
about conduct of and payment for work.
Traders2Trust will not assist in settlement
of disputes
between Traders and customers. |

Traders2Trust
and WSC reserve the right to remove
a Trader’s details
or a customer’s comments and details from the site without liability to
either the Trader or the customer. |
| 9. |
There
is no charge by WSC to customers but
there is an annual charge to Traders. |
| 10. |
No
information on Traders2Trust’s
website shall in any way be downloaded,
copied or redistributed. Copyright
is claimed by WSC. All designs, logos,
data, graphics and information and
other intellectual property on the
site belong to
WFC. |

Using
this website shall be acceptance by
the Customer of these terms. |
